This is a new workshop to train carers to ask 'Better Questions' to support the person they are caring for to become more independent.

Everybody has the ability to better support the person they are caring for to become more confident by changing the way they communicate.

The Caring Differently - Better Questions Workshop offers highly effective communication strategies and practical tips that will enable carers to enhance their communication skills. This can lead to better outcomes for the person who is receiving care as well as improved communication, relationships and confidence in other areas of the carers life.

This five hour workshop is designed to empower carers to ask Better Questions and support the person they are caring for to become more self-sufficient, enabling them to better manage their own health, wellbeing and lifestyle choices.

• Handling resistance to a questioning approach
• Listening tips and traps
• Learn how to ask others Better Questions, and
• Practical experience in asking Better Questions.
