Role of VCAT in a changing world

This submission contributes to the President’s Review of VCAT. It focuses on ways that the Guardianship List’s administration of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 and the Instruments Act 1958 could make it more responsive to people with disabilities, in particular, those with capacity disabilities and their caring families.
