What we do

Carers Victoria is a reputable, community-based organisation that is passionate about leading change and action.

We are the statewide voice for family carers, representing and providing support to carers in the community.

Our Respite Connections programs support family carers in the Western Metropolitan region of Melbourne.

Our staff

We have over 100 staff in our Footscray office and pride ourselves on being an employer of choice. Our staff enjoy flexible working arrangements and a friendly, inclusive work environment.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 and the Carers Victoria Agreement 2009.
