Do you care for a family member or friend?
Are you feeling pressured?
Is your mental health and wellbeing affected?
Is this impacting on your mood and energy levels?
Is it time for a change?

1 in 8 Australians provide unpaid care to a family member or friend. You may not think of yourself as one, but you are a carer if you look after a partner, relative or friend who would find it difficult to manage without your support.

Looking after someone else can happen suddenly or slowly increase over a period of time. There is no one rule about how it will affect you however it can impact your mental health and well-being.

Many carers manage daily pressures themselves for some time before taking any steps towards seeking support.

We are seeking carers to participate in a pilot program made especially for those who are beginning to notice their mood and energy levels being impacted as a result of their caring role.

If this sounds like you, we invite you to register your interest in this program by completing the brief registration form below.
