Help us reform Victoria's Guardianship law

Help us reform Victoria's Guardianship law

The Victorian Law Reform Commission has released its Guardianship Consultation Paper. The paper explains Victoria's guardianship and administration laws, offers options for reform, and asks questions to guide submissions.

The deadline for submissions in response to their recommendations has been extended to 20 May 2011

In partnership with Carers Victoria, the Commission is running consultation sessions with parents of adults with lifelong intellectual disability. Issues raised at these consultations will guide Carers Victoria’s submission.
