Carers Victoria Carer Friendly Places Training - Online Wednesday

Join over 100 Victorian Neighbourhood Houses and Councils and become a registered Carer Friendly Place.

Carers Victoria invites you to learn how to better understand and support unpaid carers in your community.

This on-line session will include a presentation and group activities.

Any staff or volunteers working in local Councils or Neighbourhood/ Community Houses in the design or delivery of support services for Victorian carers are welcome.

• Attending this 1.5hr workshop will assist you and your organisation in benefiting from:
• Greater understanding of carer needs;
• Ideas on connecting carers to programs and pathways;
• Access to more information about carer services and supports;
• Displaying the Carer Friendly logo to show carers they are welcome in a Carer Friendly space.
