Bipolar Carers Support Group
Bipolar disorder affects not only the life of the person with bipolar but the lives of those who care for them. Close family and friends can be a primary source of support for a person with bipolar disorder and this can negatively impact on their own wellbeing. Our carer support group provides a confidential environment free of scrutiny and judgement. We believe everyone has information and knowledge to share, a success story, or strategies in coping with being a carer of a person with bipolar. Our bipolar carer support group meets at 7.00pm on the first Monday of each month at suite J/450 Chapel Street, South Yarra. Enter via Wilson street (Bamburgh House).
