Pathways for Carers - City of Frankston

The Pathways for Carers project offers carers of people with a disability or mental illness an opportunity to attend walking events in Victoria together and to learn more about news, services, and supports available to carers.

Carers of people with disability, who are elderly or who are experiencing mental illness

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

Find the support you need in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Connect with like-minded local carers during a monthly stroll along Frankston\'s beautiful foreshore followed by a complimentary morning tea. An opportunity to learn from each other and our monthly guest speaker. This program is a partnership between Interchange Outer East, Frankston City Council, Brotherhood of St Lawrence NDIS and Orwil Street Community House.
