Find the support you need in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Connect with like-minded local carers during a monthly stroll along Frankston\'s beautiful foreshore followed by a complimentary morning tea. An opportunity to learn from each other and our monthly guest speaker. This program is a partnership between Interchange Outer East, Frankston City Council, Brotherhood of St Lawrence NDIS and Orwil Street Community House.
