ACD workshop - Advocating for your child: Parents & schools working together

Sussex Autism Carer Support Group is a support group for parents and carers of children on the Autism Spectrum.

We meet on the 1st Thursday of each month (except school holidays). We host professional guest speakers at most meetings throughout the year; in May, we will be hosting the Association for Children with a Disability (ACD).

Topics include: - Rights of children with disability - Student Support Groups - Reasonable adjustments - Learning and behaviour support plans - Partnership with your school - What is advocacy
