Drawing inspiration from Tony Smibert’s Tao Sublime and the expressive legacy of Zhang Daqian\, I bring forward an artistic voice shaped by my environment and by the reality of navigating ageism\, gender bias\, and the quiet invisibility often experienced by migrants and long-time carers. \nMy paintings transform the challenges of ageism\, gender bias and cultural invisibility into colour\, movement and emotional openness.
