DESCRIPTION:Carers Activity Recreation Exercise Social (CARES) Connection offers free dance classes during Term 3\, 2025 for unpaid carers who live\, work or play in Knox\, with time to mingle with other carers afterwards. \nEACH\, with support of a grant from Knox City Council\, are hosting free dance classes for unpaid carers between 1-2pm. After the class there will be time to mingle with other carers over a cuppa and a shared fruit platter. Wear loose\, comfortable clothing. All fitness levels and experience welcome. Parking is available at the rear of Boronia Progress Hall.
