All sessions include a combination of new information and opportunities to share your valuable knowledge. \nBuilding on what you know about group dynamics\, we will explore what your Carer Support Group needs in relation to: \n\nfacilitation within the groups existing dynamics.\nhow to create a supportive environment and meet the needs of the talker and the introvert.\nhow to manage conflict when it occurs\n\nWho should attend \nVolunteer or unpaid organisers and facilitators of Carer Support\, peer groups and yarning circles.
