The focus of this workshop is how to provide continuity of care should something unexpected happen to you. \nLocation \nThis is an online event using MS Teams. A link will be provided upon registration. \nPlease note: This session will NOT be recorded. \nWho should attend \nThis session is open to all carers and their families. \nAttendance is free\, but registration is required. \nAbout the presenters: \nKim Repcak and Sally Camilleri are Carer Educators with Carers Victoria. SUMMARY:100 Conversations: Carer Edition
DESCRIPTION:A Carers Week conversation with Sarah Rosse and Author & Carer Sarah Martin\n100 Conversations: Carers Edition is a special online conversation created for Carers Week\, bringing together author Sarah Rosse and author and carer Sarah Martin for an honest and reflective discussion about the experiences\, challenges and often unseen realities of caring. \nThrough a shared conversation\, Sarah and Sarah will explore what happens when caring becomes a significant part of your identity\, the moments when carers can lose sight of themselves\, and the importance of being seen\, heard and supported as a whole person—not just through the role they provide. \nDrawing on lived experience\, storytelling and reflection\, this conversation will explore themes of identity\, resilience\, mental health\, connection and the power of sharing our stories. \nThis interactive online event will include a conversation between Sarah Rosse and Sarah Martin\, followed by an opportunity for audience members to ask questions\, share reflections and be part of a wider conversation celebrating the voices and experiences of carers. \nWhether you are a carer\, someone supporting a carer\, or simply wanting to better understand the caring journey\, this event offers a space for connection\, compassion and meaningful conversation. \n100 Conversations: Carers Edition\nTwo stories. One conversation. Countless reflections.
