Come along and enjoy a gentle session of Tai Chi\, designed to promote relaxation\, balance and wellbeing. \nNo previous experience needed- just comfortable clothing\, a water bottle and a willingness to give it a go! \nThe 1hr session will be held in the beautiful Alexander Gardens\, followed by a well-deserved coffee providing an opportunity to connect with other carers in the area. \nWho can attend \nThis event is designed for carers who live in Ararat and surrounding areas. \nPlease note \nPlease wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle \nAttendance is free\, but registration is essential.
