SUMMARY:Alongside You - Carer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Caring for someone you love is one of the most generous things a person can do – and one of the most quietly exhausting. Whether you’re caring for an elderly parent\, a partner\, a child\, or someone else close to you\, this is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. You’ll be among people who truly understand. \nOver four weekly sessions\, we’ll come together to: \n\nConnect with others who get it\nShare experiences in a safe and supportive space\nRebuild a sense of balance\, hope\, and strength\nExplore gentle tools to support your own wellbeing\n\nPlease see the attached Flyer. Here are the details: \n📅 Dates: Thursdays — 23rd & 30th April\, and 7th & 14th May 2026 \n🕙 Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm \n📍 Location: 301 Burwood Highway\, Burwood VIC 3125 \n💛 Contribution: $100 for the full 4-week program (includes light refreshments). \nTo register or find out more\, feel free to email me at info@thethriverealm.com.au or call 0477 964 818. SUMMARY:Alongside You - Carer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Caring for someone you love is one of the most generous things a person can do – and one of the most quietly exhausting. So often\, carers put everyone else first\, leaving very little room to pause\, breathe\, or simply be heard. That’s why I’m running Alongside You – a small\, warm support group created especially for people in a caring role.
