Our goals are to reduce isolation\, enhance social engagement\, and acknowledge the invaluable contributions of carers. Building on the success of last year’s event\, which attracted over 300 attendees\, we aim to create an even more impactful experience this year. To provide a holistic\, community-centred experience\, we will invite local service providers to host information stalls. These stalls will offer carers insights into the array of support services available to them\, including health and wellbeing programs\, respite care options\, and financial assistance resources.

DESCRIPTION:This group meets most Tuesdays for a short walk and coffee or picnic in different locations. Carers are welcome to bring their person with care needs\, wheelie walkers and walking sticks. \nMovement is important for all of us and this is a great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and develop some social connections over a cuppa.
