You will explore themes such as self-awareness\, mindfulness\, confidence\, communication\, resilience and personal wellbeing. \nNo horse experience is required and there is no riding involved in this practice. \nHorses are naturally responsive to human emotions and behaviour\, making them remarkable partners in helping us better understand ourselves and our relationships with others. Carer Connect – Equine Assisted Learning\, offers a unique and enriching opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities… a time to connect with others and invest in yourself. \nOver four engaging sessions\, participants will work alongside horses in a safe and supportive environment. You will explore themes such as self-awareness\, mindfulness\, confidence\, communication\, resilience and personal wellbeing. \nNo horse experience is required and there is no riding involved in this practice. \nHorses are naturally responsive to human emotions and behaviour\, making them remarkable partners in helping us better understand ourselves and our relationships with others. This connection is explored throughout the program. \nPast participants have described the program as powerful\, transformative and life changing.
