SUMMARY:Journalling Workshop at St David's Albury
DESCRIPTION:Welcome in the New year with a journalling workshop. \nThis workshop will focus on the way we can use writing and self-study to create an environment whereby we can become curious about our own patterns and habits. \nThe workshop will include short written tasks and other activities (none of which participants have to share) which will hopefully enable the individual to find the room to reflect on their own needs and desires within the space of life and a caring role. \nA light morning tea will be provided. This is a collaboration between Mary-Lou Hogarth and Uniting Carer Gateway
