Carers Victoria is dedicated to improving the lives of all carers, including those from a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background.
Our staff are trained to understand the particular needs of carers from different cultures and we can provide advice, support and information if English is not your preferred language.
We can arrange an interpreter to help us provide you with supports and information in your own language.
If English is not your preferred language you can:
- Contact our advisory line 1800 514 845 and ask us to arrange an interpreter for you
- Contact the Australian government's Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) and arrange an interpreter for yourself
Publications in other languages
Some of our publications are available in languages other than English.
We recommend that you, or a family member or support worker who may be helping you, use the English version to supplement and clarify versions in other languages.
