Anxiety related, free phone/email counselling and support - provides callers with the opportunity to speak openly, honestly and anonymously to a caring, listening ear. Callers are free to disclose as much or as little as they feel necessary across unlimited topics. The most common topics of discussion include generalised anxiety, depression, anxiety disorders, feelings of concern, worry or fear, related short and long term issues and what options are available to them.
Facebook Support - The Facebook page is very active and on a daily basis people from across the globe help each other with encouragement, suggestions, and perspectives on anxiety and depression issues.

Services offered that may incur a cost

Support groups - ADAVIC runs weekly Anxiety and Depression Support Groups in Melbourne. Meetings are held on weeknights from 7.30pm to 9.30pm in Altona, Coburg, Cranbourne, and Kew. No bookings are required. There is a small attendance fee.
