Services offered that may incur a cost

Home and Community Care Services - Personal Care, In-Home Support, Home Maintenance, Recharge scheme, Assistance Cards and Permits, Food services, Personal Alarms, Respite Care, Social Support, Community Transport, Community Bus - We can provide transport for shopping, to community centres and for one-off appointments.

To be eligible you need to be reasonably independent and physically mobile as assessed. It is a door-to-door service.

Community Bus
Three accessible buses operate from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

There are bus runs to:

shopping and recreation centres
senior citizen clubs
community health centres.

Bus Hire
A 10-seater bus with hoist is also available for hire, including after hours and weekends.

Volunteer Transport
Volunteers may be able to take you to medical appointments if assessed eligible. Bookings require two weeks notice.
