A three week journey of self-empowerment for carers

Taking care of your wellbeing is critical to sustaining yourself in your caring role. In this series, you’ll learn how to empower yourself by maintaining healthy boundaries with the people in your life, managing expectations and learning when to take a step back. We’ll invite you to consider what you need to continue in your caring role and give you strategies that have helped other carers.

Over the three week series, you’ll build relationships with other carers in your group and have opportunities to share and learn what has helped others on their journey.
