FREE program for people living with Parkinson Disease and their carer. Getting your carer involved can help you achieve your goals!

Learn a variety of skills and Parkinson’s specific exercises that you can use at home to help you with your activities of daily living. Regular exercise helps to manage your symptoms.

Working out with a partner

• Many people find that they achieve the most success when exercising with a partner.

• Train in an environment where others who could offer help are available if needed.

• Partners can help motivate and engage one another in their exercise.

• People new to exercise programs can benefit with trained group leaders.

What we offer

  • Group sessions, in a safe environment, with trained Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainers, trained in the PD Warrior program.

  • A place to meet people who understand your challenges.

The program is open to people in the western metropolitan area.
