SUPA-HUB Neurodivergent Carer Sessions
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, every second Monday
Hosted at SUPA-HUB, Narre Warren Village
A welcoming, neuro-affirming space for neurodivergent carers and carers of neurodivergent children, teens, and adults to connect, reflect, and recharge.
Each session begins with “Struggle and Win of the Week” an open, supportive check-in where participants share their real experiences of caring, from tough moments to small victories.
The group then dives into a focused topic such as masking and emotional labour, carer fatigue vs burnout, or navigating systems while neurodivergent. Discussion is relaxed but purposeful, peer-led, insight-driven, and grounded in lived experience.
Facilitated by neurodivergent peers and supported by trained staff, sessions aim to restore energy, build community wisdom, and strengthen confidence in navigating both caring and self-care.
What you’ll gain:
– Genuine connection with others who understand
– Practical insight and peer strategies
– Renewed clarity, balance, and belonging
