
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) offers physically and psychologically safe experiences with horses.
EAL gives participants an opportunity to explore issues or feelings that may be troublig them. It also provides a safe space to simply enjoy being with the peaceful horses.
No riding is involved in this practice. Individuals do not need to have had experience with horses to participate.
This is a Carer specific program where previous participants have found it to be transformative for their caring role.
Carers need to be available to attend all 4 sessions to garner the full benefit of the program. Why not give it a go?
