Alongside You – Carer Support Group

Caring for someone you love is one of the most generous things a person can do – and one of the most quietly exhausting. So often, carers put everyone else first, leaving very little room to pause, breathe, or simply be heard. That’s why I’m running Alongside You – a small, warm support group created especially for people in a caring role. Whether you’re caring for an elderly parent, a partner, a child, or someone else close to you, this is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. You’ll be among people who truly understand.

Over four weekly sessions, we’ll come together to:

  • Connect with others who get it
  • Share experiences in a safe and supportive space
  • Rebuild a sense of balance, hope, and strength
  • Explore gentle tools to support your own wellbeing

💛 Contribution: $100 for the full 4-week program (includes light refreshments).
