Carers Victoria invites you to attend our free Roving Respite event for some well-deserved timeout and an opportunity to connect with other carers.

About this event

Join us for a lively day of connection, creativity, and feel-good moments at our Roving Respite event in Armstrong Creek! This relaxed community day is all about giving carers a chance to step away from the daily routine, meet others who truly understand the caring journey, and dive into activities that spark joy, boost wellbeing, and build confidence.

Enjoy hands on creative workshops, engaging information sessions, rest and reset experiences, a friendly providers expo, and plenty of delicious, shared food in a warm and welcoming space. Throughout the day you can also experience the uplifting energy of African drumming, take time to relax during a sound healing session, and grab a great coffee from our coffee cart.

Who can attend

This event is designed for carers who live in the Greater Geelong region.

Please note

Carers are welcome to join in as much or as little of the day as they wish and may arrive or leave at any time that suits them.
