Each – Family Relationship Support for Carers and Outer Eastern Borderline Personality Disorder Carer peer support group welcome all carers to this special event in May.

Knox City Council, EACH and Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect NE Metro proudly welcome guest speaker Jen Thompson, discussing Nonviolent communication (NVC) 

NVC is a framework that supports understanding. Caring for someone you love can bring big feelings and challenging conversations; come and learn about NVC.
