Strong Boundaries, Strong Carers Presentation with Carers Victoria – MyTime Blackburn

Boundaries are about deciding what you can and can’t accept from others in your life.

This workshop will give you practical strategies to protect your sense of self as well as your health and wellbeing.

Topics include:
– What are boundaries?
– How do strong boundaries protect carers?
– How can carers set and maintain their boundaries?

About the presenter:
Kim Repcak is a Carer Educator at Carers Victoria. Kim has been working with carers for many years. She enjoys supporting carers to maximise their own health whilst performing their valuable caring role.

Preschool aged children (0-6 years) are welcome. While you join the session, a MyTime play leader will engage children in meaningful play nearby.

MyTime is a peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities, developmental delays, or chronic medical conditions. It offers connection, support, and resources in a safe and welcoming space.

Eligibility: Open to parents and carers of children up to 18 years of age with disability, developmental delay, or chronic medical conditions.

RSVP: Spaces are limited—registration is essential.
