About this event

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming lunch designed especially for carers. It’s a chance to step away from your daily routine, connect with others who understand your journey, and take a moment for yourself.

This is a space where you can simply be no pressure, just connection, conversation, and support.

During the morning, you’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a gentle wellbeing activity to help you unwind, reset, and recharge.

We’ll also have a small number of local service providers available, offering information and support in a relaxed, informal way so you can explore what’s out there at your own pace.

Whether you’re looking to meet others, learn something new, or just enjoy a quiet moment, this brunch is for you.

Who can attend

This event is designed for carers who live in Geelong and surrounding areas.
