About this event

Take a moment, step away from the noise and give yourself the space you deserve.

This wellness session is designed as a gentle reset-an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. On arrival you can indulge in a meditation tea blend followed by simple breathwork and meditation techniques designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional wellbeing.

This session will be led by the Founder of Holistic Haven, Brianna Wills. Brianna has a passion for helping others reconnect to their authentic selves, she weaves together body-based healing, soulful guidance and mindful practices to create safe, nurturing spaces for transformation.

Suitable for all experience levels, this session provides practical tools to help carers feel more grounded, relaxed, and restored.
