Boroondara Stroke Support Group Inc

We are a support group of stroke survivors and their carers based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.
The BSSG was founded in 2002 by Jenny Cheng and is now recognised as one of the most active and innovative community-based stroke support groups in Australia. It now has a membership of over 100 stroke survivors, carers, volunteers and friends. In 2016, the Boroondara City Council and the BSSG Committee worked with the Stroke Association of Victoria to establish the Boroondara Community Stroke Hub at 533 High Street, Kew. This facility is now the home of BSSG and is also the rehearsal venue for the associated BSSG’s Sing for Recovery Choir.
