Vietnamese Carers from ADEC Carer Groups (North and South groups) and Mental Health Self -Help Support Group will have a day trip together to step away from their daily tasks to relax, deal with stress and look after themselves. The outing activities are including visiting Lilydale Lake, Dandenong Botanic Garden and lunch.
