Carers Day Break by ADEC-Vietnamese Carers Group North: National Carers Week 2025

ADEC Carer groups North, South and Mental Health Self-Help Support Group have a day trip to get away from their daily tasks to relax, reduce stress, look after themselves and stay connected with other carers by visiting Lilydale Lake, Dandenong Botanic Garden and lunch.
