Carers Week Mindful Stitching Workshop: National Carers Week 2025

13 Oct 2025 10.00am - 12.30pm

Take a gentle moment for yourself in this peaceful stitching workshop. Slow stitching is a practice which allows you to slow down and be mindful in the creative process.

Slow stitching does not require precision, great skill or planning. Rather it is intuitive and present focused. A quiet chance to relax and nurture your well-being.

You will complete a small piece which can be framed or worn.
