Carer Connect Program – Wangaratta

Carers are invited to connect with other carers and learn more about carers support. There will be one session per month- 3rd Thursday of every month starting from 20 February to 21 August 2025.

Each session will include a different topic.

20th Feb: Financial Wellbeing
20th Mar: Changes to My Aged Care
17th Apr: Boundaries and Communication
15th May: Grief and Loss
19th Jun: Questions and Answers on Aged Care
17th Jul: Dealing with Challenging Behaviours
21st Aug: Carers Stress
Light refreshments will be provided.
