Oakgrove Carers Cafe

Our weekly Carers Cafe is open for all unpaid carers(regardless of age),  who care for anyone with a disability or mental illness including young carers with activities that include health & wellbeing like Mindfulness Art, Yoga, Fitness, outdoor activities and information sessions based on the needs of the group. These activities will provide opportunities for the carers to socially connect with each other while accessing support services in the community, improving their health and wellbeing and reduce loneliness. There is a $6 Annual Membership fee per family.
