Surrey Hills Neighbourhood Centre Walks for Carers

Walks for Carers invites carers of people with disability- mental illness or aged person a chance attend free walking events in your local neighbourhood- to connect with other carers and learn about the supports available. This state-wide program is led by Neighbourhood Houses Victoria’s Neighbourhood Carers Club. Each walking group is led by carers for carers. It’s what makes our program unique!

The event usually concludes at a local neighbourhood house where walkers will have the opportunity to hear from a guest speaker and share a complimentary morning tea.
