On behalf of Yarram Neighbourhood House and Yarram Carers Group, we are happy to host the Yarram and District Health Service Information evening. This event is centred around the changes to the At Home support programs coming in November and the services that YDHS can provide our local community.
Come along to hear from the YDHS team about what services they can offer and the guidance around applying for an assessment, what the changes to the At Home programs mean for you and a chance to ask any questions. Carers and anyone aged over 65 are encouraged to attend.
