Building Family Strength for Anxiety

7 Aug 2026 4.30pm - 6.00pm
Supporting a young person with anxiety can feel overwhelming at times — you don’t have to navigate it alone.
We invite you to attend a free, supportive program designed for parents and carers. In this session, we will explore what anxiety can look like for young people and share simple, practical strategies you can use at home to help your child feel calmer, more confident, and better supported.
