Carer Group

25 Jun 2026 12.30pm - 3.30pm

Join our CARERS GROUP

Join us on a complimentary six-week Carers Group well-being journey, comprising 4 sessions of connection and art therapy and two social events. A Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will be available to care for your loved one during these sessions.

The sessions will provide a space for social connection and creative art therapy in a safe, supportive environment. Using eco-therapy and relaxation techniques, you will explore your creative expression and learn how to reduce stress.

This isn’t about artistic skills; it’s about being in a nurturing space where you can celebrate your strengths and resilience with peers who can relate and support you.

Enjoy a sumptuous afternoon tea and a hot soup lunch while listening to guest speakers. They will provide information on a wide range of important topics, such as financial support, grief and loss and community social groups.
