About this event

Join us for a fun and welcoming morning where you can sample a range of activities through easy, mini sessions designed for all fitness and experience levels. Come and go as you please and enjoy as many activities as you like.

We’ll start the day with the social and enjoyable game of Pickleball, followed by a gentle Strength & Conditioning session before sitting down together for brunch.

After brunch, take some time to unwind with yoga, then enjoy the refreshing benefits of Aquatic Aerobics in the pool.

Whether you’re looking for ways to prioritise your own wellbeing, stay active or connect with others in the caring community, this is a wonderful chance to explore what HILAC has to offer in a supportive and friendly environment.
