Take a moment to pause and unwind with us at this special free event designed to help carers find calm amid the busyness of the season.
Enjoy a light finger-food lunch while connecting with fellow carers and local support services in a warm, welcoming setting. Then, take part in a series of gentle, creative, and sensory-based activities designed to restore balance, spark creativity, and bring a sense of peace.
