What’s it all about?
Join us for a nurturing and restorative workshop designed specifically for carers, where we will come together to sit, sip tea, and explore the multifaceted practice of yoga. This unique experience goes beyond the physical postures, inviting you to connect with yourself and others in a supportive environment.
In this workshop, we will blend gentle yoga practices with mindful tea sipping, creating a space for relaxation and connection. As we flow through various yoga techniques, we will also delve into the deeper aspects of yoga, including breathwork, meditation, and the philosophy that underpins this ancient practice.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this workshop is tailored to meet you where you are. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences, connect with fellow carers, and cultivate a sense of community.
Come and discover the joy of yoga, the warmth of tea, and the power of connection!
Who will be leading the session?
Sarah will be leading this special session, just for carers.
After moving back to the Macedon Ranges in 2016, the opportunity to practice Yoga, on a personal level, unfolded for Sarah. Having passionately practiced Pilates for years, Sarah embraced the mat and Yoga teachings with a new curiosity, and quickly found that it offered a unique and calming practice, whilst providing a beautiful sense of coming home.
In 2021, having worked in the health industry for 14 years, Sarah completed the 200hr ‘Teaching Training: Beginning Level’ though the Integral Yoga Academy, as she felt there is much to gain from regularly practicing such a holistic offering. Sarah has since completed the Level 1 Kids Yoga Training with Yoga Kids Training Academy, with much appreciation for the fun and creativity such practice invites.
Now affiliated with Yoga Australia, Sarah is honoured to share space and passion for a practice she believes can strengthen and inspire the mind, body and soul.
