Monthly Walk Pathways for Carers

Pathways for Carers Mount Evelyn is a monthly walk hosted by the Mount Evelyn Community House and Reading Room. The walk takes place on the beautiful Warburton Trail.

We invite along guests to walk with us and talk about services and resources carers have identified as important or interesting to them. The walk is followed by morning tea at the community house.
