To show appreciation for all the work that you do every day, City of Stonnington will be hosting a morning tea for National Carers Week with Phoenix Park Neighbourhood House.
Join us for a beautiful morning tea filled with tasty treats, mindfulness, connection and appreciation. We will be joined by a mindfulness expert who will guide us through an activity.
We welcome you to come alone or with the person you care for.
