About this event

Boundaries are about deciding what you can and can’t accept from others in your life.

This workshop will give you practical strategies to protect your sense of self as well as your health and wellbeing

Topics include

  • What are boundaries
  • How do strong boundaries protect carers
  • How can carers set and maintain their boundaries

Who can attend

This session is open to all carers and their families. Registration is essential.

About the presenter

Kim Repcak is a Carer Educator at Carers Victoria. Kim has been working with carers for many years. She enjoys supporting carers to maximise their own health whilst performing their valuable caring role.

Online via MS Teams. A link will be provided upon registration.

Technology

This online event will be held on MS Teams. Carers Victoria has previously used Zoom in the past. MS Teams is very similar. To understand more about MS Teams visit the help site Microsoft Teams help & learning.
