Who Looks After the Carer? Community Event at Lalor Library

3 Oct 2025 10.30am - 12.30pm

Caring for others is a vital role, but it is equally important to care for yourself.

Join PRONIA and Carers Victoria for this free community event to learn practical ways to look after your own wellbeing while supporting others.

The session will provide information on the new Support at Home Program, as well as strategies for supporting yourself while caring for others, and support and services available to carers.

The event will also feature live musical entertainment by Anthea Sidiropoulos, accompanied by a light lunch and refreshments.
