Session 3: Friday, 30 October 2026
- Under the theme of ‘mastery and self-kindness’ this session is practical, realistic, and designed for carers with zero spare time. You will learn how a three-step framework will result in a simple but often forgotten formular — self-compassion: being kinder to yourself = better care for others.
