My Dementia Companion CARER

The My Dementia Companion CARER guides people living with dementia, their family and friend carers on what to do, where to go for help and how to manage challenges at home.

It is very easy to use and has helped thousands of families. It has also been recommended by many leading organisations and can be funded through Government Programs such as HCP, Carer Gateway or NDIS.
